Picture Day

At school, anyways.

The kids get to wear whatever today (instead of uniforms). Calista was so excited to wear something else :D hehehe
So, this is her this morning. Hopefully, she'll do a good pic. I bought a cheapo package; if they're any good, I'll scan it in and print them up for others :)
Tonight is also Open House AND Flea/Fly practice.
Oh, and since Calista made such a big deal out of picture day, Ursula woke up this morning telling me it was picture day and went put on a yellow dress... she's still waiting for me to take pictures of her :D I told her to wait until the grass dries (morning dew).

She actually sat on the stool and posed for me to take these pictures; HER idea! LOL

Yes, she dressed them.

She dresses her babies, dolls, stuffed animals, etc. in not only their clothes but also in her own or her Calista's or Wyatt's clothes.

She put on some old pink lipstick (that I never used) so she could match the dolls.
While this may look like she's showing off a booger (that's what Calista says about it), its actually a picture of her showing off the thorn she pulled out of her foot.
You may be wondering why she doesn't have a shirt on... well, she did... in fact, she had 2 shirts on earlier. But, while we were outside, it started drizzling and because she doesn't like her clothes to get wet, she took her shirt off. She also ran around the house several times after she took her shirts off which is probably why she had a thorn in her foot.

I have to take pictures of Ursula when she isn't aware of me doing so most of the time... so, in most of these pictures, I'm actually playing Barbies with her and making her smile/laugh using the dolls.

She knew I was taking the pictures of her with the kitten. The kittens are cool, they let the kids play with them... but, they aren't like ragdolls, like how some kittens are when they raised with kids. They've very playful too. Cute, cute, cute.

We have 2 of them given away already; just waiting for them to wean.

Here's Ursula, practicing her 'AP' (attachment parenting) style with multiple babies... in that first pic, you see 4 babes in one backpack carrier (same one I used with her and for Wyatt now) and the 2nd pic, you see the backpack carrier is now used for carrying baby items and she's using the stroller for 3 babies while she holds one that dressed like herself... LOL That child cracks me up... never know what she'll say and do...
